Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal Product,
Platform, and Delivery teams. - Lead end‑to‑end technical engagement, from high‑level requirements
analysis through design, testing, deployment, and production support. - Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution
designs, user stories, timelines, and non‑functional requirements. - Communicate technical status, risks, dependencies, and progress to
clients in a clear and structured manner. - Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting, deliver fixes via
configuration changes, scripts, data patches, or defined workarounds. - Support testing phases including sprint testing, SIT, UAT, and
performance/load testing. - Contribute to test automation and CI/CD processes where applicable.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to continuous
improvement and team objectives.
Requirements
- (Must) Language fluency both in English and Japanese for reading/writing
and speaking/listening. - (Must) Strong knowledge or experience of securities systems and financial
market operations. - (Must) Hands‑on technical experience with system configuration,
scripting, data imports, technical analysis, debugging, troubleshooting,
and DevOps practices. - (Must) Programming experience with the ability to perform data querying
and analysis using SQL and scripts. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to rapidly learn new systems, platforms, and architectures.
- (Plus) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development workflows, like
Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, release management. - (Plus) Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including
Windows OS, SQL Server, IIS (or equivalent web servers), and Visual
Studio. - (Plus) Experience with shell scripting, object‑oriented and multi‑threaded
programming, with exposure to C# and PowerShell.
