Responsibilities
- Own the requirements of delivering solutions to client environments, partner with Delivery Leads to gather feature requirements and produce aligned documentation that supports solution design, testing, and delivery
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, manage related stakeholder communication, status reporting, risks, and scope
- Prepare clear and well-structured documentation across project lifecycle
- Facilitate client requirement workshops and training sessions when needed
- Align client needs with existing platform capabilities, work with UI/UX, Engineering, and client stakeholders to identify gaps and recommend solutions
- Gather client feedback and market insights and contribute to product feature roadmap
- Ensure technology solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives
- Proactively resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely manner
Requirements
- (Must) Minimum 5+ years of experience in business or solution analysis, project management
- (Must) Language fluency both in English and Japanese for reading/writing and speaking/listening.
- (Must) Understanding of financial markets, wealth management products and trade flows (such as Funds, ETFs, Stocks etc.)
- Experience in managing client expectation and communications
- Agile project management experience, strong facilitation skills for eliciting requirement and solutioning across multiple teams
- Documentation skills with experience in writing user stories, business requirement documents and functional specification documents with focus on content and aesthetics
- Attention to detail and ability to reflect and share insights in delivery and continuous improvement
- Self-starter, hands-on solution provider, passionate problem solver with willingness to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment
- (Plus) Hands on technical experience, SQL, scripting or application development
