This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy working closely with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, managing requirements, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery. The role offers significant opportunities to broaden your expertise across product development, implementation, and operational improvement.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirement &amp; Solution Translation: Ability to translate client requirements into clear, structured, and testable system specifications aligned with platform capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Data &amp; Integration Awareness: Comfortable working with data mapping, APIs, and troubleshooting data-related issues<\/li>\n<li>End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Able to independently handle features from requirement analysis through testing and UAT<\/li>\n<li>Client Communication: Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams and support client discussions<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on &amp; Detail-Oriented Mindset: Proactive, structured thinker with attention to detail and willingness to work closely with data, testing, and delivery teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience in financial services or fintech companies<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with wealth management \/ trading \/ portfolio systems (e.g. portfolio, order, trade concepts)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and structured thinking \u2013 Academic background in STEM<\/li>\n<li>Capable working with data (SQL \/ JSON \/ Excel analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Able to translate business requirements into system specifications<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with cross-functional teams (business + tech) and good communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on mindset with testing and issue investigation<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of PowerShell or Python, and the willingness and ability to acquire a new programming language<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7737,"template":"","job_type":[11],"location":[12],"class_list":["post-13517","careers","type-careers","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_type-full-time","location-hong-kong"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
