About <\/strong>the <\/strong>Opportunity<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in business analysis, project delivery, and client engagement. This 6-month, full-time intern position offers an opportunity to learn how technology aligns with business strategy and to contribute to real-world projects in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements. Solution Design under guidance.<\/li>\n
  • Draft requirement documents and maintain project trackers.<\/li>\n
  • Help with testing and validating solutions against documented<\/li>\n
  • Prepare test evidence and reports.<\/li>\n
  • Support preparation of status reports and stakeholder communication.<\/li>\n
  • Join client workshops or training sessions as an observer or note-taker.<\/li>\n
  • Organize feedback from clients and summarize insights for internal teams.<\/li>\n
  • Work with Business, IT\/Engineering, and Compliance teams to understand workflows.<\/li>\n
  • Gain exposure to Agile methodologies and project lifecycle processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information<\/li>\n
    • Technology, Computer Science, or related field.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
    • Interest in financial markets and technology.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n
    • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.<\/li>\n
    • Language: English\/ Japanese required; Cantonese\/Mandarin is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
