{"id":5551,"date":"2022-06-02T09:11:17","date_gmt":"2022-06-02T09:11:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quantifeed.com\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=5551"},"modified":"2024-12-19T03:30:33","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T03:30:33","slug":"business-analyst-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/www.quantifeed.com\/zh-hans\/careers\/business-analyst-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Analyst\/Project Manager, Japan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the delivery of QF platform to client environments through:\n<ul>\n<li>Ownership of features from requirements elicitation and documentation to solutioning, testing and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Act as the communication bridge between clients and QF team for project requirement; managing stakeholder communications, status reporting, risks and scope<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with various functional areas including Business, IT\/Engineering,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Audit and Compliance internally and externally<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare supporting documentations in different phases in the project lifecycles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in consulting exercises with clients to enable identification of their true needs:\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct client requirement workshop or training, if required<\/li>\n<li>Align the needs of clients with existing platform features; facilitate discussions with UI\/UX Design teams, Engineering teams and clients to identify pain points and provide recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to achieve overall objectives<\/li>\n<li>Organize feedback from clients and market analysis and feed into a roadmap of features for the QF platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Align technology with business strategy and goals by being at the core of all project interactions<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Resolve and\/or escalate issues in a timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management and\/or product management<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing client expectation and communications (written\/verbal and face to face), strong relationship management skills and ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of organization through functional boundaries<\/li>\n<li>Agile project management experience, strong facilitation skills for eliciting requirement and solutioning across multiple teams<\/li>\n<li>Documentations skills with experience in writing user stories, business requirement documents and functional specifications documents with focus on content and aesthetics<\/li>\n<li>The following are preferred skillsets:\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Behavior Driven Development and automation testing<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of financial markets including wealth management products and trade flows (such as Funds, ETFs, Stocks)<\/li>\n<li>Asia Regulatory understanding<\/li>\n<li>Cantonese and\/or Mandarin capability<\/li>\n<li>Hands on technical experience, SQL, scripting or application development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to provide strategic insights in delivery and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, hands-on solution provider, passionate problem solver with willingness to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>University degree in Information Technology\/System, Computer Science \/ Engineering or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Language fluency both in English and Japanese for Read\/Write and Speak\/Listen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7737,"template":"","job_type":[11],"location":[17],"class_list":["post-5551","careers","type-careers","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_type-full-time","location-tokyo-japan"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
