Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Understanding the existing platform and becoming a subject matter expert on the platform capabilities.<\/li>\n
  2. Understands requests for new features coming through various channels including feedback from existing clients and sales and marketing team, and market research.<\/li>\n
  3. Work with the Product Owner to align new features with existing platform features. Facilitate discussions with UI\/UX Design teams, Engineering teams and Clients to solution gaps in capabilities into strategic re-usable solutions for the core platform.<\/li>\n
  4. Document requirements as user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, processes, data requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements.<\/li>\n
  5. Get a good understanding of the high-level technical solution used for features in terms of underlying services and APIs, configuration flags and settings.<\/li>\n
  6. Support Product owner in taking ownership of features from requirements elicitation and documentation through solutioning, testing and delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis preferably in wealth management.<\/li>\n
    2. Strong facilitation skills for eliciting requirement and solutioning across multiple teams.<\/li>\n
    3. Documentations skills with experience in writing user stories, business requirement documents and functional specifications documents with focus on content and aesthetics.<\/li>\n
    4. Ownership of features from requirements elicitation and documentation through solutioning, testing and deliver in an agile environment.<\/li>\n
    5. Strong relationship management skills; ability to effectively influence across functional boundaries.<\/li>\n
    6. Ability to understand APIs, scripting and technical Hands on coding experience is preferred.<\/li>\n
    7. Experience with Behaviour Driven Development and automation testing would be advantageous.<\/li>\n
    8. Passionate problem solver with willingness to adapt and grow in a dynamic<\/li>\n
    9.
