{"id":12895,"date":"2026-02-04T05:54:27","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T05:54:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quantifeed.com\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=12895"},"modified":"2026-02-04T05:54:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T05:54:27","slug":"business-analyst-tokyo","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/www.quantifeed.com\/jp\/careers\/business-analyst-tokyo\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Analyst, Tokyo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the requirements of delivering solutions to client environments, partner with Delivery Leads to gather feature requirements and produce aligned documentation that supports solution design, testing, and delivery<\/li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, manage related stakeholder communication, status reporting, risks, and scope<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear and well-structured documentation across project lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate client requirement workshops and training sessions when needed<\/li>\n<li>Align client needs with existing platform capabilities, work with UI\/UX, Engineering, and client stakeholders to identify gaps and recommend solutions<\/li>\n<li>Gather client feedback and market insights and contribute to product feature roadmap<\/li>\n<li>Ensure technology solutions align with overall business strategy and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Proactively resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>(Must)<\/strong> Minimum 5+ years of experience in business or solution analysis, project management<\/li>\n<li><strong>(Must)<\/strong> Language fluency both in English and Japanese for reading\/writing and speaking\/listening.<\/li>\n<li><strong>(Must)<\/strong> Understanding of financial markets, wealth management products and trade flows (such as Funds, ETFs, Stocks etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing client expectation and communications<\/li>\n<li>Agile project management experience, strong facilitation skills for eliciting requirement and solutioning across multiple teams<\/li>\n<li>Documentation skills with experience in writing user stories, business requirement documents and functional specification documents with focus on content and aesthetics<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to reflect and share insights in delivery and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, hands-on solution provider, passionate problem solver with willingness to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>(Plus) Hands on technical experience, SQL, scripting or application development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7737,"template":"","job_type":[11],"location":[17],"class_list":["post-12895","careers","type-careers","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_type-full-time","location-tokyo-japan"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
